Cybermind Terms and Conditions
of Sale
In This Agreement, unless the context otherwise
requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out
against them:
Customer – The Person who
places the order for the Goods Goods – Computers
Hardware parts purchased from the Company Company –

Sales Agreement • Goods sold are not
refundable or exchangeable.
• If
the customer defaults in any payment, the Customer shall become
immediately liable and shall pay the Company the total outstanding
balance for the goods purchased and a 2% monthly interest without any
demand whatsoever. The Customer shall indemnify the Company in full
legal costs incurred by the Company in the enforcement of its rights
under this invoice against the Customer.
• All
monies due for payment or unpaid on the sales invoice shall become
immediately due and payable upon demand at anytime unless the Company
cancels the invoice.
• All
payments by cheques and other negotiable instruments are to be made
payable to ‘CYBERMIND COMPUTER HOUSE PTE LTD’
• Customers, who request for exchange of products within 7
days for any other reason except manufacturing defects, will be subject
to an administrative charge of 40% of the Goods present value. The
product must be returned with it original packaging, accessories,
warranty card, instruction manual and drivers in good undamaged
condition.
• The
Customer shall pay GST on the Goods at the time of purchase.
• Property and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Customer
immediately upon acceptance of this invoice or collection of
Goods.
• The
Customer acknowledges the terms and conditions of this invoice and
receives the Goods in good condition.
• The
Customer shall indemnify the Company in full legal costs incurred by the
Company in the enforcement of its rights under this invoice against the
Customer.
Warranty
Claims • Goods that come with a valid Company’s
warranty sticker can be submitted to the Company for warranty claims.
For Goods that comes with a valid agent warranty card, Customer is
required to approach the local distributor directly for warranty claims.
• If Goods submitted for warranty claims
are found to be not faulty, a verification charge of S$10.00 will be
levied.
• Any faulty parts which are sent for
Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A) a period of 4 to 6 weeks is
required for processing at the discretion of the Distributor or
Manufacturer of the product. In exceptional cases the Company will
notify the Customer directly.
• The Company may repair any defective
product on an exchange basis, in the event that the original product is
no longer available. The replaced Goods may be of different brand but
have the same functionality. However the replaced goods may not
necessarily be a new or unused part. The defective Goods removed shall
become the property of the Company.
Parts Warranty • All
the Goods come with a 1 Year Manufacturers warranty except for speakers,
keyboards, mouse and non approved power-supplies, which come with a 3
Month warranty.
• All the Goods come with a 1-to-1
Exchange within 7 days, if manufacturing defects are found and verified
by the Company. All Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and the
item is required to be returned with the full original packaging and
without physical damages.
• Warranty is void for Goods that are
found with physical damage, with serial number defaced or without the
company warranty sticker.
• All faulty Goods which come with a
local warranty card must be submitted directly to the distributor,
unless purchase is within 7 days of purchase.
D.I.Y System
Warranty • Systems purchased without a service
warranty, will come with hardware parts warranty only. If technical
service is required for these systems, a diagnostic charge of S$30.00
will be chargeable.
• Systems that are not functioning
properly within 7 Days of purchase can be sent to the Company for
technical diagnostic. There will be no charges for hardware
troubleshooting, however there will be a S$30.00 charge if software
troubleshooting is required.
• System Service Warranty (Valid upon
purchase of additional service warranty)
• Carry-In Services provided by the
Company
• The Company shall provide all labours
that it deems necessary to maintain in good operating condition systems
that are covered under the carry-in service warranty.
• Maintenance service includes the
diagnosis and correction of product malfunction and failures; Cleaning,
lubrication, inspection and testing.
• Typical turnaround time for this
service is 3 working days. Repairs involving intermittent failures may
require an extended turnaround time.
Software • The
company parts and service warranty does not cover software
troubleshooting under any circumstances. Services requested on
software-related problems will be subject to an additional charge.
• In any circumstances, whereby the
Customer requires the Company to install any software in their
computers, it is required to be an ORIGINAL LEGAL COPY.
Delivery services • Delivery
service is chargeable at S$30.00 to a local Singapore address.
Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the
prevailing shipment rates.
Pricing and
Descriptions • We only accept Cash, NETS &
Corporate cheque payments for items listed on this website on Promotion.
All pricing quoted are in Singapore Dollars. • All
Specifications and Pictures and Pricing are given as guidelines and may
